Status Check…

Aight so my goal to NOT cheat so much during the month of June didn’t pan out like I wanted it to. So I don’t expect to see too much change in the June pictures that I’m taking tomorrow. My mind-set has moved from “I need to strictly stay on my diet” to “I can eat this because I worked out yesterday”. This will definitely need to change for the month of July. It’s getting down to the wire, first wedding is in the beginning of September, September 8th to be exact. Which gives me about two and a half months to lose my gut.

So some things I’m going to change for the next two months:


1. Have a laid out workout plan of what I will be doing rather than roaming around and fumbling through my workout journal

2. Bring more food to work AND eat it - I’ve gotten into the habit of ditching the food I bring for something yummier in the cafeterias

3. SCHEDULE MORE RACQUETBALL - 1 hour of competative racquetball for my weight burns approx 1100 calories (Need DP/Kishor/Quang for this)

4. Get back up to speed on the daily water consumption

5. Cheating must be kept to a minimum

The month of July and August will definitely be harder than my previous months to find the time to be able to workout and eat right,because I need to prepare the house by the time my cousins come over for my sisters wedding.
