1 - 8:30AM - Protein Shake
2 - 11:10AM - Oatmeal and Peaches
3 - 11:50AM - 1/2 Veggie Curry Wheat pasta and a Microsoft Salad

4 - 3:30PM - Veggie Soup
Bad sodium bad..but only 80 calories so okay!
5 - CHEATED 6:30PM - Vito Sub @ Jimmy Johns
Mainly carbs - no mayo but there was some cheese
6 - 10:30PM - Turkey Sausage/Shrimps & brown rice
7 - 12:40AM - 1/2 Protein Shake and a peach
