1 - 9:00AM - Protein Shake

Had donuts & bagels out in the open after Church - everyone had one EXCEPT for me!

2 - 10:40AM - Apple Slices

3 - CHEATED 12:45PM - KC Chinese Seafood in Renton
Ate a bunch of fried seafood, but I didn’t OVERfill myself, I ate till I was content :)

4 - CHEATED 6:00PM - Cheese Pizza @ Costco
hahaha when in Rome….

5 - CHEATED 9:30PM - Rotisserie Chicken WITH the skin and brown rice
ehh so this day was really really bad…oh well more cardio for me
