Day 25

1 - 8:45AM - Protein Shake with Strawberries

2 - 10:45AM - Oatmeal and yes..yet again Frozen Berries

3 - 1:15PM  - MS Salad with all the fixin’s

4 - 3:46PM - 2 Bananas and Walnuts

5 - 6:30PM - Protein Shake with a Banana and Strawberries

6 - CHEATED 8:30PM - Spaghetti with Turkey Sausage and Mushrooms
Bad because I ate alot and it’s hella carbs

No workout today because I “planned” on mowing the lawn but our Neighbors did it for us. So I’m pretty much embarrased to go outside. We ended up brushing 4 lbs of hair from Reesey’s body. Stupid dog…
