Blender really makes a difference….I’m thinking I might do two shakes at a time and save one for later..

I had 4 piping hot Pagliacci pizzas 2 feet away from my mouth and I was able to fight off the temptation to have a single piece. Good Job me!

Added some chicken/tuna/”K”rab and other protein filled stuffs…
4 - 6:00PM - Luna Bar for WOMEN
Damn..I ate a Women’s Protein Bar AND I waited too long to eat…so bad.
