No..not the show it’s my weight after almost two full months of dieting and working out. I’ve dropped a total of 23lbs. Not bad - but it could be better. Looking back at the month of May; there were numerous times I could have eaten alot better. Eh I figured I’m working out so I’m “owed” my cheats but my cheating has caught up to me. I lost a majority of my weight the first month because I was constantly monitoring what I ate, the time I was eating and I kept all the delicious temptations at bay (most of the time). When May rolled around I got lazy, thinking I lost all this weight and it’s not coming back anytime soon.
Today when I was working out, I basically gave up because too many people were at the gym and I didn’t have access to all the equipment I wanted to use (this was at 7:00pm). Either I have to hit the gym right at 5 or come around 8 or I can’t get a good workout in. Getting into Racquetball has helped alot with keeping up with cardio. I’ve roped in Quang and Kishor to play me this week. Hopefully I can get more peeps to come out and I can replace my cardio workouts with my Racquetball matches.
My main focus this month is to not eat out as much and drink more protein shakes. Technically I’m supposed to take in 1gm of protein for each lb of weight….that’s fucking crazy…that means I need 227 grams of protein EACH DAY. Dang that’s alot of shakes. I figure that’s really just a guideline for the muscle heads out there. I’m more about losing the fat and NOT losing any muscle.
